“Insurance companies will argue everything. What they will argue is that they (client) didn’t need to take that much time off work because they weren’t that badly injured. Although, I’ve had this argument. I had a client who really couldn’t take off more than a couple of days of work. And when that client went back to work, before the doctor gave approval, although the doctor didn’t say ‘you can’t go’, the insurance company made the argument that if they’d taken off more time they would have healed sooner.”
