Video – Attorney Spencer Freeman Answers If You Hire His Law Firm, Will He Be Handling Your Personal Injury Case Or Someone Else?
Video Transcript
Ray Hrdlicka – Host – Attorneys.Media
“So, will you be the attorney, specifically in regards to your office…somebody walks in, are you the attorney handling the case or does that go to somebody else? Because a lot of these larger firms, they have 20 different offices across the country, you know the guy that they’re seeing on TV is NOT the guy that is going to be handling their case. So, they want to know, are you the person that’s going to be talking to me, the person handling my case?”
Spencer Freeman – Personal Injury Attorney – Pierce County, WA
“I have a partner. And it’s either myself or my partner. Generally speaking, my partner is going to handle some of the pre-litigation tasks, some of the settlements, and I’m going to handle the litigation. We make those determinations as to which cases are going to go into litigation. But, absolutely always, if you want to have a conversation with me, I am available. But it’s either myself, or my partner, and we know what’s going on with every case.”
