“What information should the injured party have when they decide to call you? Should they prepare something in this first phone conversation? What should they do?”

“What I like is that clients basically keep track of all their documents and bring what they have. I’ll make copies if you want to keep copies. You can have your originals and I’ll keep the copies and add them to the archive. But I want to know who your insurance adjuster is. What was the insurance company? What is the policy number? Did you get a claim number? What was the budget for the vehicle repairs, if they already have it? If not, I can help you do it.
I do this as a free courtesy and help them resolve property damage. There is no fee involved, that’s just part of the services. The idea is that all the information I can get, I want from the client. At the same time, if you just give me a claim number from the insurance company, and the name and phone number of the adjusters, I can do the rest.”
