“That happens often, and they are completely stunned when the police officers show up. They have no idea, but the police officers have to follow up on that call. And if it’s not anonymous, they can be talking to them. They could find out more detail from the neighbor, then they would go talk to them. And if they see marks or something, or if someone appears to be inebriated and is not giving them an answer that makes any sense as to what the other people heard, they’ll arrest him, probably just to be safe.”
