There’s so much subjectivity involved with these things. Was he swaying? Was it over an inch? The police officer could say that. And that’s wherein, there’s a bit of abuse of power. That’s why we love these body worn videos and these body worn cameras, because those are the best for us as criminal defense attorneys. We love those.”
