“Yeah, yeah, I think the California defense bar was up in arms with everybody giving up their 4th amendment rights because of…these fairly common charges. So, I think that that was part of the reasons that they haven’t been utilizing them quite as much. Some counties do make you do, give up those 4th amendment rights, though. So even with as simple as a DUI, even within sometime, the Disturbing The Peace’s, they’ll sometimes even do it. But generally speaking, no.”
