Over the last number of years, with the MeToo movement and a lot of audits that are taking place across the States on whether or not the Schools are properly investigating the claims, they are now particularly overwhelmed with trying to do whatever they can to make sure that they’re properly investigating the claim…so that they don’t have to suffer any type of liability.
Which makes it even more difficult for my clients, the accused, to front a defense, because we’re not only dealing with people who aren’t familiar with the process, but we’re dealing with the political climate as well.
