Well, you mentioned DUI, I’m actually quite surprised, don’t they release those DUI’s on their own?
Yeah, for the first time DUI, they do let you out on your own recognizance, but for, you know, say the third DUI or a DUI with an accident or injury or something that would put that DUI at the felony level, most of the times you would need a bond before you get out of jail.
