I remember reading an article where somebody has warrants in a bunch of different counties. So, and they weren’t serious crimes. They were, you know, petty theft. They were, I don’t remember, but it wasn’t serious crimes. But they were all over the place, a number of different warrants in different counties. It sounds like that’s a troubling situation. Is that something you can actually help somebody out with too?

Yes, so in some cases the court clerk would accept a bond directly from us to schedule their court date and pull that warrant from the system. Some warrants require them to be booked in the jail.
Once they’re in the jail, they’re ran for warrants, and usually warrants that are in the system will pop up, and they’ll be booked on those warrants.
But if they’re not in custody, we can go to the court clerk and post the bonds with the clerk, and that warrant will be pulled. But if they’re in custody, then most likely they’re going to be booked on those warrants, which then we can post bond at the jail that they’re in for the warrants that are from all over the place.

Okay, so you can post a bond in one particular, wherever he’s being held, you can post a bond that’s going to cover the warrants in all those other counties?

Yes, if he’s in custody, yes.
