On misdemeanor charges, it’s possible that they decide to cite and release the person that was arrested and not requiring a bail.
On felony charges, it’s more likely that they will have a bail and will need a bail to get out. It kind of depends on if that person has to get out for work or if they have kids. If you wanted to wait for a decision to be made on if they’ll be award or site released.
