Why should I use a bondsman to get that person out of jail when he goes to court? They’re just going to arrest him again. So, he’s only out for that short period of time. Obviously that’s a misconception from what you said earlier, but you know why would people think that? I don’t understand that because you know let’s say the court date’s two weeks or a month down the road and somebody thinks that they’re going to get arrested again when they go to court. So, explain what happens every time they go to court… well, explain it that they don’t get arrested.

So, I think the court’s not really big into arresting people that are making their court appearances and that have paid the bail that the judge set in the first place and they’re making their court dates. There’s no way of telling… if… there’s no way for us to tell when we bail you out if your parole or probation officer or there’s an agency with a new crime that you might have committed, could come and say we want his bail higher or we want him remanded into custody because he’s committed these other crimes. So, usually there’s no way of knowing that that would happen.

But it doesn’t matter to you. When you bail somebody out, they are out of custody until the court case is over?

Christian Esparza – Acme Bail Bonds – California

Usually yes. They’re out of custody until their case is over.
