If they’re on probation or parole, does that make any difference?

As long as there’s not a probation or a parole hold, then it doesn’t make a difference. Sometimes if you’re on parole, the parole agent would put a hold on you if you’re arrested. Or if you’re on probation, sometimes they have a flash incarceration period where if you get arrested again, you’ll do X amount of days before you can get released.
But if there are no holds on the person, then we can post the bond and they would get released then.
