So, a no-complaint filed would be, you go to court, you’re not on the calendar. The DA looked at the arresting officer’s police report and decided that there wasn’t enough evidence to proceed at that time.
Case dismissed. You could be going to court for months. And between the back and forth with your attorney and the DA, they decided to dismiss or drop the charges.
