All bail bondsmen aren’t the same. We have the same license through the Department of Insurance. But in terms of years in business and experience and relationships with our surety companies that the bond comes from, it makes a big difference.

So, a company that’s been around a long time is probably going to be able to write the bond a little bit easier than a company that’s been around for a short amount of time. That would mean that we can take signatures as collateral on larger bonds and get through all the different court hurdles that sometimes present themselves like bail holds and things like that and give the advice that’s needed to get the bond in and the person out.
